How to increase your confidence beginners level for yourself ?

Let me Tell How to increase your Confidence, I will put some points in front of you.  

            

1. Experience :- 

The most important point. The one who works to increase your confidence is the experience, the more experience you have, the more your confidence will increase. The more you do the work, the more you will increase your confidence related to that work. Just like if you do a job or you have any job, you learn it and become an expert in it, after that if someone asks you about it, then you get his answer, you can tell it in an easy way.

2. Believe :- 

Believe System is a system from which your confidence will never be reduced. To increase confidence, we had to make our belief system stronger. To strengthen our belief system, you have to first include Positive in your life. Positive is a system that makes you feel that we can do that work. With which we will know that we can do that work easily or with full confidence.

3. Visualization yourself as you want to do :-

What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. - Napoleon Hill.

Visualization is the technique of seeing an image of yourself that you are proud of, in your own mind. When we struggle with low confidence, we have a poor perception of ourselves which is often wrong. While achieving your goals, imagine a great version of yourself. 

Which will increase your self confidence in you, you will have to visualize all that you want to achieve in your mind, then after that you will gradually start thinking about it in the right way, which will increase your self confidence.

4. Care For Yourself :-

Care for Yourself - Self-care is never a selfish act -- it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer to others.-- Parker Palmer.

Confidence depends on a combination of good physical health, emotional health, and social health. If you hate your body or constantly have low energy, it is hard to feel good about yourself. Take time out for great exercise, eating and sleeping habits. Also, dress the way you want to feel. You may have heard the saying that "clothes make a man." Build your confidence by striving to take care of your needs. 

5. Sift to an Equality Mentality :-

Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are. -- Marilyn Monroe

People with less confidence consider others better or more qualified than themselves. Instead of carrying this realization, see yourself as being equal for all. They are not better or more qualified than you. Make a mental shift to an equality mindset and you will see improvement in your self confidence.

6. Knowledge of the Topic :- 

One of the most important point is Knowledge of the Topic, to increase your self confidence, you should have knowledge of Particular Subject in which you want to do your career or work related to it. You should have knowledge of their subject. So that nobody will beat you. By subject I just mean what do you want to do in life. 

By subject there is no books, it will only give you limited knowledge. Along with the books related to it, you will have to learn from the experience of your life and you will also have to learn about it from others, in which you want to make your career, then see how your self-confidence increases.

In the end, I would like to say that Confidence never comes from showing Confidence, so when you see such a 2 person, then one who has Knowledge, Experience, Self Esteem Strong and that much time he looks like you know something. Not only. 

If we talk about another person, neither he has knowledge of any particular subject nor any experience and he is showing you confidence. Whom do you think he has all the quality that will give me some benefit. 

When that person asks him about a particular subject, then he may not be able to tell. In the end, I would like to say that Confidence never comes from showing Confidence.
